The - SAP S/4HANA Production Planning & Manufacturing Academy Part I course is a comprehensive training program designed to equip learners with a deep understanding of production planning and manufacturing processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment. It covers essential components such as Master data, material requirements, bill of materials (BOM), Work centers, Task lists. The course provides an overview of Supply chain planning, production planning, Demand management, material requirements planning (MRP). Participants will also delve into Detailed scheduling, Demand-driven replenishment, and the integration of these processes with SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Manufacturing.

TS422 - SAP S/4HANA Production Planning & Manufacturing Academy Part II (Duration: 10 days)

The course covers key topics including the creation, processing, and execution of Production orders, as well as advanced features such as Capacity planning, material staging with Kanban, and Production with process orders and Repetitive manufacturing .Learners will gain a comprehensive understanding of Order structure, Availability checks, Capacity planning, Order release, and printing. They will also learn about Order settlement, archiving, and deletion, along with the use of information systems for mass processing and automation. The course emphasizes Production execution and introduces advanced functions for efficient manufacturing operations

• Part I: Basic understanding of production planning and manufacturing processes.

• Part I: Knowledge of SAP navigation and basic SAP system functionalities, preferably through prior experience or completion of a foundational SAP course (e.g., SAP01 - SAP Overview).
• Part I: For those without prior SAP experience, an introductory course in SAP S/4HANA, such as the SAP S/4HANA Overview (S4H00), is highly recommended.
• Part I: It is helpful to have some background in materials management or experience in a manufacturing environment, although not strictly necessary.

• Part II: Ability to use a computer and related technology comfortably, including basic proficiency with office productivity software such as Microsoft Office.
