A Red Hat Certified Architect in Cloud-native Applications (RHCA – Cloud-native Applications) is a Red Hat Certified Engineer in Cloud-native Applications (RHCE -Cloud-Native Applications) who has attained our highest level of certification by passing —and keeping current— three additional certifications chosen from the Cloud-native Applications specialization.

Candidates for Red Hat Certified Architect in Cloud-native Applications must hold a current Red Hat Certified Engineer in Cloud-native Applications Certification and earn any three of the following certifications:

While it is not necessary to earn Red Hat Certified Engineer in Cloud-native Applications prior to attempting these exams, you will not be awarded Red Hat Certified Architect in Cloud-native Applications until you complete the base requirements for the certification.

Candidates who earn specialist certifications on their journey toward RHCA automatically extend the currency of any other RHCE, RHCASA and RHCA credentials they hold in all specialization paths.
